Adrian is best known as the writer-director of the feature film Wakey Wakey, which received an Australian Directors’ Guild Award and was showcased at NewFilmmakers New York and the UK’s Byline Festival.

Released worldwide by Bounty Films onto Amazon Prime and twelve other streaming platforms, the psychological drama stars dual AACTA Award Nominee Laura Wheelwright (Animal Kingdom) and Fabiana Weiner (Lazy Bones), and features music by Simon Eddy, The Birthday Party (with Nick Cave) and Martin Jones. Online magazines Warped Perspective and Film Bizarro both featured it in their ‘Top Films of the Year’ lists.

Adrian has also written and directed a number of acclaimed short films, including Migraine and Michael: A Love Story and The Happy High Laughter Club, awarded at festivals around the world. Migraine and Michael was selected for ‘Best of CUFF’, drawn from the Chicago Underground Film Festival’s 27-year archives.

Currently Creative Producer (Photographer/Videographer) at Chisholm Institute, Adrian also works freelance across video direction, shooting and editing. He has created videos for Universal Studios, Fire Rescue Victoria, Australia Post, State Library Victoria, Melbourne Football Club, Melbourne Museum, The University of Melbourne, NAB, Medibank, and many more.

Adrian holds a Master of Film & Television (Narrative) from the Victorian College of the Arts, a Graduate Certificate of Screen Drama from AFTRS, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne.
